Well done, owdhamer. Try this for the hiccups - put the bowl of a spoon in your mouth with the bowl upside down on your tongue. Close your mouth firmly and breathe through your nose. Always works for me. Never give up.
Thanks for the update, owdhamer - fingers crossed for you.
Good on ya owdhammer

Starbuck, that would make me gag!
Well done owd....I shall be a the MRI in 2 weeks time and will "look up" a few friends.;-)

Thanks to all you kind people, the spoon worked starbuckone but will have to take it with me today ,should get some funny looks ,but if it works, what the hell.
ask the med team for help with the hiccups they might be able to give a low dose of a drug that can stop them
Morning owdhammer - well done to you and Star. Nothing wrong with carrying a spoon everywhere - teaspoon size mind you - not the sherry trifle serving size one ;) Keep up the good work.
You're right ttfn, I should have specified teaspoon, unless of course you have a very large mouth. :-)
Star - guess what ? ;)
I know you are a lovely person ttfn so no good suggesting that!
Owdhamer, best of luck. Keep going, and don't give up.
well done with the treatment sessions hope the hiccups go away.
I always do that with a teaspoon when peeling onions it stops you crying.
Good luck with the chemo owdhamer. i do feel for you and wishing you well x pusskins
