Help needed with book competition

I am trying to find out the titles of the following two books, both are published by Vintage books but I have been unable to find them on their website. It is a competition - I have found 19 or the 21 books but have now hit a blank wall.

I have managed to get the "A" book - just the last one to get and it is piddling me off.

Anyone any ideas ?

I have now managed (with the help of my SIL) to find all the answers have now entered the competition.

My prize (should I win it) will be donated to my Oxfam book shop. I am not above giving other people the answers - or should I say "I am not above selling other people the answers - all funds to Oxfam".
