I tried to make tequila sunrise jellies yesterday. Two separate jellies one with grenadine and one orange and tequila. The grenadine one set fine (in fact it was over hard if anything) the orange and tequila one didn't set well at all. Does anyone know the proportions of leaf gelatine required to set, say, a litre of orange with about six shots of tequila in it?
