Lowry set top box problem

We have just got a Lowry top set freeview box for our spare telly in the dining room. We have installed it but it just says no channel on the screen. I have checked our area for freeview and it's fine. There is nothing on the troubleshooter page that can help me. Has anyone else got one of these ?

Try the outlet with a different box or an integrated TV. That will eliminate several possibilities.
