I'm sure all will go well.
How about trust it...eat loads.. it works!
Great that you are trying this. In my opinion, following a diet will make you think of food all day. I recommend a few, simple rules about food:

- Have a comprehensive breakfast with foods that take time to digest (e.g. egg, wholemeal bread, sausages, but eat fruit, too).
- If you get hungry during the day, eat! You can even eat some nuts or heavy stuff like cheese, but don’t eat them at night (they add pounds).
- When you eat, eat consciously! That means: sit down at a table and concentrate on the food. Don’t eat while watching television or while playing on a computer etc.
- Eat little in the afternoon, avoid eating at night.
- Avoid everything that is sweet, because sweet things make you hungry. The exclusion also covers artificial sweeteners (farmers use artificial sweeteners to fatten pigs).
- Avoid light carbohydrates (pizza, pasta, chips, ketchup) and avoid all snacks.
- Drink lots of water (that fills your stomach and slows down your digestion).
- Eat raw fruit and vegetables (raw food takes longer to digest).
- Less processed foods (e.g. whole meal sourdough bread) are preferable over more processed foods (e.g. white toast).
- Avoid all alcoholic beverages (they have many calories).
- Built exercise into your daily life: walk up the stairs instead of taking the lift, practise some press ups in front of the telly, ...
- Avoid busses and cars. Walk instead or go by bike.

You will feel great, not only because you will loose weight, but also because you will do more exercise and eat better. This will have a positive impact on intestinal flora - http://gaps.me/ -, which will help against cravings.

You should join the 'Onwards and downwards' thread, where you'll find lots of support. I lost 34 pounds with SW in 5 months, and it was not at all difficult. The weekly weigh-in keeps the motivation going, and though I devised my own eating plan, much to the disgust of the group leader, it worked and continues to work for me now that I am at target weight.
I found nothing works for me - every time I go on a diet I constantly think about food - so now after years and years I dont think about food at all and have lost 2 and half stone - cant believe it.
YoYo dieters turn into whales!!!
well done you I lost 2 stone last year and I didnt think about food alday. I will say that I kept to the same healthy extras each day ( small slices brown bread and skimmed milk)and kept my treats (points) the same each week for things I couldnt do without cheese ,wine etc I found it really easy.Good luck Think Thin
