Long story short been having to get court orders out to protect myself and my son from my violent ex ((his dad)).. Now what ive had out is :-

a) Non molestation order
b) Residence order
c) Prohibited steps order

Which also included my ex not allowed to be anywhere near my sons primary school etc.. now these ran out the other week and finally got hold of my solicitor as I want then renewing.

Now my ex hasn't done anything in recent months to harm us but since the last court date to which these last orders where issued he did threaten to abduct my son amongst other threats on his first access visit. Obviously police where called but the CPS yet again didn't act upon it.

Is that last incident enough to be able to extend the court orders back in to place ????

Obviously I am terrified of what my ex can do as been on the receiving end of it numerous times and im really struggling to be able to live a normal life since the orders have ended.. Was just about able to get on with a normal ish day with the orders in place as it was.. I actually saw my ex yesterday in town and he made his presence known and that just terrified me on the spot.

Any advice would be greatful.. if you need any more details just ask.. Many thanks.
