Transferring video from Canon UC850 to PC

I have an old CANON UC850 analogue camcorder. The Pinnacle MovieBox has decided to retire from work! After spending hours trying to get some sense or information from Pinnacle with no avail. I am hoping there is another way of transfering video to my PC.
