Well, I had my wee boy 12 weeks ago and this week I discovered hes left my with and over active thyroid (I thought losing that 14 pounds was easy lol!) due to pregnancy induced thyroiditis, low B12 and low white blood count. I've been prescribed the beta blocker Propranolol and I was wondering if its okay to drink with them, the pharmacy lable doesn't say not to as it does with my other meds (Co Codamol) Any body have any experiences?

Thanks in advance

my mother drinks alcohol in moderation and she is on it......
I was on propranolol in the early 90s for stress (80mg). I was never told not to drink alcohol and never had any problems when I did.
