What's the consequences if i walk out of a job? Only been there 3 months with no signed contract.

Walk! If thats how you feel, just do it. There's no better feeling. Then go find another job but be prepared to do anything - I have done this twice and signed up with an agency washing up, cleaning, doing anything to bring in money till I got another proper job. No-one should have to stay in a job if they hate it or are being treated like broccoli.

This is an ongoing situation, still want to walk but want to be paid, i can not trust my boss, he's not a very nice human being and should not be involved in the company his wife is now running in her maiden name (strange). The previous company was run by him but went into liquidation in Feb. My company went into liquidation 3 years ago, so i know the procedure. Can they sue if i cause their shutdown?
