My OH is 70 in June so I have been looking around for some quotes, we currently have an annual insurance with our bank and we pay £19-95 per month but now because of him being 70, that changes, I had a quote for...£300!!! from them because he has type 2 Diabetes which they knew of anyway...
any suggestions?

I am 76 and have found Columbus Travel to be the best for pre-medical conditions, however they don't insure over 74's for Annual insurance.
Holiday insurance is not a rip-off if you buy it from a reputable source but are banks reputable? I suggest not. Look at what has happened on payment protection. As is usual, the impression is given that you are getting a good deal but when reality hits, it rarely is.

Buy from one of the specialists mentioned. I also find Bengo good..........www.extrasureonline.co.uk
