Has anyone installed iTunes 6 yet? Has your install gone smoothly? If you read this before attempting to upgrade from 5.03 then I wouldn't bother

Why do you want to be bothered with i-tunes when you have an Archos mp3 player?

I can't fault my Archo's player but can I ask if you use the earphones that came with it or have you changed them and if so what make are they and would you recommend them to someone who likes a deep/rich bass?

Thanks

My installation went fine. I upgraded from 5.0.1 because, for some unknown reason, it wasn't recognising my disc drive, and wouldn't let me burn CD's.
Headphones:- Sennheiser PX100 if you can find them (got mine in Argos of all places). Maybe a bit dear at 30 for what they are but they are excellent if a bit 'safe-sounding'. Bass is good and natural rather than boomy.
iTunes installed fine. Nothing has changed much, mainly just support for videos.

Not sure why it wasnt a dot update.
mines loaded and installed fine it runs fine but every time i go into preferencee and change anything it tells me i do not have enough privelages to change anything but it still changes the settings anyway ,i also downloaded an album which only downloaded at 63 kbps ,i reported it and i-tunes gave me a fefund

I use itunes as I have an ipod for the car. I got a Denison ICE Link kit that means that the iPod acts like a CD multichanger.

I have a pair of Sony bud phones http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00008XYJL/202- 4664411-0255833

These are great sounding, deep crisp bass and never fall out of my ears which is a problem I've had with most in ear phones.
