What was the sticky, jellied cube I would have had served with after-dinner cheese in Spain? It was quite sweet in taste.

redhelen is spot on.
In wine areas of Australia and good deli's and I guess other countries that make wine you can buy a for of grape relish made as a bye product of the left over grape pulp, its very jam like, it does have a name but I carn't remember it. Very nice with the old cheese.

I'm a sucker for a bit of chutney/relish with me cheese!
