I thought MSN messenger was a chat program not an email client?

I have messenger although I haven't been on it for a while, SB there's a button on mine that sends you to your inbox, I'm assuming this is what isn't working for orca.

Orca if it's with msn, is it a hotmail account? In which case you could log in with your msn ID on this; https://login.live.co...n-gb&cbcxt=mai&snsc=1

Perhaps the OP means Hotmail / Windows Live, etc...
