Indeed you can carlton, indeed you can.......not as common as unilateral sciatica, but indeed you can.
Yes, my mother has it in both legs at the moment.

I keep rubbing Algesal Cream into them, which I find is very good for aches and pains, and a couple of Co-codamol. Thanks sqad, and best wishes to your mum Chuck.

Definitely - I had it on both sides for over three months once, and was so scared it would never go away. I spent a fortune on heat pads, and had them plastered all over my bottom (!) and thighs, just so I could carry on going to work. I still almost fell over every time I had to get up from my desk though, the pain would just make my legs give way :(
If it is sciatica, hope it goes away for you soon.
I get it in both legs quite often.
Oh yes. I don't think I've felt such pain. But the drugs were fun!

It`s got worse now and I can only get around with two walking sticks, and then, very slowly. It`s a bug***!!!
If you lie on your back on the floor with the backs of you lower legs resting on a chair it gives some relief from the pain. But only for a short while

Sandy, I`m 76, if I lay down on the floor I`ll never get up again.
