Does anyone know an easy way of making a replica Lord Nelson bicorn which I must make for a little sketch I am taking part in? 'Easy' is the relavent word.

A bit of Googling seems to suggest that you need to start with a basic Sailor pattern:

and then turn up the front:

so that it looks like this:
