fanned roast potatoes?

Hi I watched Lorraine on tv last week and they were cooking a roast dinner, the potatoes were par boiled in stock then sliced but not all the way through, drizzled with oil and the put in the oven, any idea how long for and and what temp am cooking yorkshire puds as well so hoping they are the same temp and what do you call that type of potatoes?

They are called Hasselback potatoes. I'd go for about 45 minutes at 180C fan or 200C static.
In my opinion they are actually better when cooked from raw.
with some garlic as well

thank you, will try them tonight, roast dinner was supposed to be yesterday but ended up today, brisket in the slow cooker, just fitted and no more, house smells so good, can't wait, love a good roast.
