Hop up and down with your head tilted to side..Ya might look silly but it might just work

snags

Gripping your nose, blocking the nostrils, then blowing down it works for me...

Go with snags..my option works if there is water in your ear

ive been trying snags's for ages, no luck :(

Try yawning

Yawning does it for me.

Lower your altitude to equalise the pressure... come down from the roof and spend some time in the cellar ;-p
