'Knit Your Own Royal Wedding' What The Funicular?

My question is why would anybody want to do this? Apologies to anyone on here who would, no offence meant, I just don't get why you would. Then what would you do with it afterwards? Put it on display?

I think it's funny & if you could buy each pattern separately I'd knit the Queen for my sis to have as a special guest on her narrowboat :o)

I would knit it if someone asked me for a special favour, but I certainly wouldn't bother to do it for myself. After all, what the funicular would you do with it? Especially if you are not interested in the royle famly and think they are a waste of space.

well there were 2 copies at work on sunday but noone bought them, it's in the bookcharts though and so it must be selling
