Hi - does anyone know how to get shoe polish out of carpet? It's not a very nice carpet (rented house...), but still, i'd like to get rid of it. I was using one of those twist-up shoe cream things and loads of product just kind of.. um.. spurted out of the top and splodged everywhere. It's black polish on beige carpet. Not good. If anyone knows a way without too many noxious chemicals that'd be great, as i'm asthmatic, but if that's the only way, so be it. Thanks! B
