the new universal credit

I have just read in fo on this new benefit that is due un 2014,from what i read it says that all other income eg rent from lodgers child benefit maintenance ect will be taken into account does it also include your grown up kids that still live at home salary into account ?that would be awful if it does as it would mean my grown up son would have to pay all our bills mortgage ect as his income is higher than both of ours put together.

It has moved on from a White Paper and the Bill is moving through Parliament at the moment.
