to work a percentage into a fraction, you say:

15
---
100

Now you need to find the largest number that will divide into both numbers. In this case 5.
3x5=15
20x5=100

This gives you:

3
--
20

Nothing else divides into both numbers so this is your fraction.
I'm no genius but 15% means 15 out of a 100
As a fraction that's 15/100.
Divide top and bottom by the largest common factor which is 5. So that's 3/20
What a genius you are, square!
I know. Stephen Hawking has nothing on me.

Anyway, after that test for my gigantic brain, I must now retire and contemplate the Universe. Fare thee well mortals.
Does anyone really care about spelling nowadays? As long as you get your meaning over, nice and clear it doesn't really matter does it? I know the spelling police around here will be straight on me for this. I don't care, honestly.
