After such a great win over Arsenal last week, Birmingham were brought down to earth by one of their neighbours.

Do you think this was a case of bad heads after the win last week, or did they have delusions of grandeur after one good win?

no, beaten by a superior team, twice to be exact, our 1st double this season
West brom were the better side, arsenal were not on form during the cup imo
they are only back to true form.
Out played by the Mighty WBA....Our second 3-1 victory over Small Heath this season.
:-)
Apparently we won Mr. Mighty!
And Arsenal, a goal-less draw against Suderland today too. Man Utd will have that!
Certainly did Mr Builder....We always enjoy our victories..Never know when the next one will happen!
So, you lot happy with Woy? I am an LFC supporter, still rate him as a capable manager, but something was a miss at Anfield, hope he keeps you lot up!

So to sum it up:

West Brom are Lucky when they play Brum.

Brum are very Lucky at just the right time against anyone.

And Arsenal can be a very average side despite the money and players!!
Good summation!
Jd..Sometimes your face just doesn't fit.
Don't think Liverpool fans really wanted Roy and neither it seemed did the players.
Bit like Big Sam at Newcastle.
He's been a manager for too long to not know what he's doing,he didn't need the Albion job so credit to him for taking it.
I think he was the best option available to us and with Arsenal,Chelsea and Liverpool our next 3 games, he certainly isn't going to have it easy!
"Brum are very Lucky at just the right time against anyone"

If that were true they would not be embroiled in the relagation battle at the bottom...
hi mighty, i am a stoke fan, but i dont want to talk about that, saw your side last Monday at the Brit and was impressed, i am going to have a tenner on WBA to draw with Arsenal and Chelsea, and beat Liverpool, what odds will i get do you think.
Is this not the best Prem season ever?

So many goals.

No one adrift and 'doing a Derby'.

Teams near the bottom playing good football and winning.

Top teams not on form.

Big money not buying immediate success.
some people will never learn hopkirk, the chelskis of this world will continue spending zillions in the hope of trophy sucess!!
