I have a recipe I want to use that requires Egyptian Lentils. I have looked in the supermarket and they are just classified by colour. I have recently used continental lentils in a soup recipe from the same book. So assume Egyptian lentils must be different.
Many thanks.

the nearest thing to it is red letils which disintergrate like the egyptian ones. Doubt you'll be able to get them here but could try a health food shop.
