has anybody used megabus? If so whats it like?

I've used it a few times travelling from London to Ringwood..

it's great, to be honest. The buses are really well-kept with toilets. Book your tickets early, though - the price increases the longer you leave it.

It's a company owned by Stagecoach, one of the biggest public transport companies around, and who have recently built up a big stake in Scottish Citylink.
Megabus is a reputable company which operates along the lines of low-cost airlines, booking over the internet and with variable prices as with for example easyJet. It seems to be a successful operation with the only drawback being a rather severe limit on the amount of luggage allowed.

megabus is so great! I definitely reccoment it. I've done London-Leeds quite a few times. Do it!
