NVIDIA diplay promblems help!!!!

Hi,

Im on vista and just lately when i log on the screen will flicker really fast,sometimes goes blank and other times everything goes really big and the graphics on the screen are really bad.
I have no idea what to do! i have read forums and things but am non the wiser.
Do i need to install a new driver or is there a link to fix this?
I have been on the NIVIDIA site but everything i try to download is not compatible.
Going to bed now because my eyes are stinging,will have to leave laptop on as well because its normal at the mo!! it only took 5 hrs of logging on and off to get it right.
Any help would be great and i will thank you all tomorrow when i get in from work.If i can read any of it lol.
