How to delete number from Sony Ericsson K850i?

Got this phone a few months ago and everything's fine, apart from one thing - no matter what I've tried I cannot find out how to delete a number from the list of numbers I've texted. This has always been possibe on other phones I've had, and I'm sure it is on this one too, but I just can't figure it out. Anyone know the solution?

On my C902 when you are about to send a text and the list of previous recipients is displayed all I have to do is scroll down to the one I want to delete and press the 'C' button on my Keypad (yours is beside your power off-on / hang up button). I hope this helps! (did you send a sneaky text to someone that you don't want your other half to find out about?!!)
