Hi there - I have seen a dress online and it says 100% composite material. Does anyone know is this a kinda stretchy material? thanks

Impossible to say. 'Composite' can mean anything from an artificial fibre to a mixture of several types. And it would depend on the weave or knit. There's just no telling, unless you contact the seller and ask.
