strange goings on

Afternoon all ,right strange things are happening in our house, lights being turned on in the middle of the night doors rattling cat going all bushy and acting really strange electronic stuff being on and some very very cold spots in the house .I would like to think it isn't anything scary but what do you think and what can i do about it?

pixi, many children go through similar thing, seeing people in their homes. some say its because we are all born to see such things, but that society tells us its wrong and dismisses the idea.
Very interesting story though
I had a friend whose young child was often laughing and playing in the middle of night. The mother thought that it was her deceased brother paying the child a visit, she didnt want to make him leave but asked nicely that he stop waking the child each night at it wasnt good for the child or her own sanity lol. Anyway the waking stopped immediately.
sometimes i think that even if it is a load of rubbish that people need reassurance, if its in their mind and you can calm them they perhaps the instances stop, thats what flyboy needs to do, help his wife feel comfortable in her home

we had a period here where 2 toys would start up by themselves. Batteries were fine but they would start up whenever it was quiet, i threw one toy out as it was really behaving oddly. One night the remaining one started when it was me and little CRX in the house at 3am. I was unerved by then. The next day when one started up i just said "i know you are there, Roger (i thought it to be FIL) but this scares me a little and i'd like you to stop doing it now"
3 years on, the toy is still in use, works fine and still has exactly the same batteries in it. But it has never started up by itself since

we also have the period of little CRX talking about a man and a woman in the house, they would go in his bedroom and walk the landing. This eventually became what he called "my 2 pretend friends" he said one was good and lived above us in the roof and one was naughty and would tell him when to be naughty.
My youngest is just getting to that age and has also mentioned the people in the house
