I have lot toolbars

I have seemed to have lost the address bar also the back and forword buttons on both I e and firefox, I operate windows 7. What have I done and how can I put it right. MTIA

Open Firefox, at the top of the browser click ...


View > Toolbars ... and check the Menu & Navigation bars
Ah I just realised you said IE too (I think), so this may not be a definitive answer.
Download Revo Uninstaller which is free and run it and uninstall the ones you dont need .It will completely remove them including their registry entries. You only need one or two toolbars
Why would you want to download a piece of software to remove toolbars that aren't showing? pmsl
Try pressing F11. You may have gone into full screen. Certainly, do not download any software to sort this.
Squarebear's right. F11 will toggle between full screen and title bars visible.
If you see 'File' at top left, right click it and that sould give you a dropdown menu with all the toolbars you have installed. Left click to put a tick on the ones you want to see.
