I am a bad eater at the best of times. I would love to eat a dinner, even a small one. The best I can do is a slice of toast and that's at a push. Dinners look lovely, I just can't eat them.

It's nice to know there are so many in the same position as me. I am always dieting, but never quite succeeding. It's the food you see, it's so nice.
Seriously, no ethanol across my lips for a minimum of thirty-one days.

"Now where's the meths bottle?"
get a condition like IBS or acid reflux, it puts you off your favourites for life :(
Your bodies are all temples so leave the poisons on the outside and everything in moderation. I came back from the states last month and the gyms and clinics really blew my mind everyone in their 50's-80's go to the gym, were slim and healthy still having vibrant sex and were really into their growth hormones and steroids in the quest to stay young not that condone the use of these substances but my point is here many are happy to say they've had a good run and are too weak willed or just don't care about their bodies, health or living long. I'm here to say we can feel better and you can live longer and happier but the choice is yours at the end of the day.
Oh pants, my blokes just got the pringles out

Suppose you're right Mrs O. :),

boxtops well done you re your target weight.

My thread was a wee bitty tongue in cheek as a lot of folks resolve to diet in the New Year. I'll probably just go back to normal eating and keep the goodies for treats.

Question Author

I think maybe the malteser would be the last straw tho....
Hi Haysi,

Well I'm still eating my way through a box of Lindt Lindor. I also acquired some chocolate cake from my aunt when I went to visit my nan earlier on.

I've said it before so I'm boring everyone silly by mentioning it yet again but I've put on 3 stone since pregnancy and birth back in May. My size 10s and 12s are gathering dust in my wardrobes so I have to do something about it very soon. Not sure if I should be doing a strict diet whilst breastfeeding though!

Hi Tiggs, you deserve a wee treat :) and I'm sure you'll lose the post baby weight naturally. I'm away to put a lock on the fridge lol! Hope you and wee baby Tiggs are well. xx
We are both very well thank you Haysi :o), hope you are well too.

Happy New year btw xxx
