Firstly forgive me if my question sounds silly but i was recently dumped again by my EX Jehovah witness boyfriend. This is the 3 rd time he's done it. Whilst he professed to no longer be a Jehovah Witness he CERTAINLY acted in ways that really reinforced my belief that he still had 'Jehovah beliefs' ie he didn't celebrate any occasion (thats just one example)when he dumped me 5 weeks ago he said i'd lied about something? and until i found the humility to accept that, i wasn't to text him! totally out of the blue, Anyhow I 100% did not lie about anything,i promise that. All i can think of was i had the occasional cigarette (tut tut i know its bad for me)when i was stressed, incidently the 1st time he dumped me triggered this filthy habit. He never outright asked me if i smoked, so i didn't lie, but he regularly took cannabis ( out of a bong?)anyhow he didn't smoke it. So if he still believes, isn't taking cannabis as bad as smoking? I'm so sorry if i've posted this in teh wrong section.

yes you're right wyzard66, it is immaterial whether he is an ex JW or not, i was just trying to gain some insight as to why he acts the way he does and what i could have possibly lied about. I pride myself on honesty and it has upset me to be accused of lying. Especially because he won't tell me the lie i'm supposed to have told! I don't understand how he can be all 'i love you' and do everything for me in my new house one minute, and then suddenly storm off in the middle of moving day and text me 3 days later to dump me and refuse to explain! This is a guy i've been seeing on and of for 2 years! I conclude it's all power games. But he's gone as far as i'm concerned.
I think a better question would be, "Why do I come to a bunch of morons for answers?" And before you morons think you've shrewdly caught me, yes, I must be a moron too. Ha Ha Ha.
^^ No doubt about that.

Gosh baggysenior, from your postings I assumed he was about 18 and just very immature....not 42!! x
Some men never grow up, Le Chat. (How nice to see you again). :o)
He dumped you 3 times? sounds a bit indecisive to me, dump him, if he doesn't see sense then he's not worth bothering with.
Question Author
yeah binned me 3 times! the first time he just stopped contacting me for 2 months then out of the blue he text me declaring his love, 2nd time he decided he needed more time with his kids, and this is the 3rd! i do have very good will power and have not chased him. seems like every 6-8 months into our relationship he has a 'blip'. He has a lot of beliefs that lead me to think that he never could quite shake all of his Jehovah ways and beliefs. He once told me Jehovah was God but he would accept a blood transfusion so i think he's someway in the middle of a religion. Since him dumping me i've gained strength, i've now moved to my first home on my own with my little girl, i've had an operation, i've dealt with multiple debt issues for my mum, cared for my wee girl and am off to University to become a nurse and am standing tall. He on the other hand doesn't have a job and seems glum. He's an angry man with lots of issues and he has alot to say about religion. Its his way or no way. his loss aye? thanks for your posts x
