I dont have time to make my own, and there are so many types on the tesco website. I sometimes find the only failing can be pastry that is not sweet enough, so I would go for sweet but can you just not roll the standard pastry out on icing sugar?

I've never rolled pastry on icing before so I don't know how that would work out. I usually find mincemeat mix too sweet so its quite nice to have a non-sweet pastry to counter the sweetness.
