If these statements, loosley posted as questions, are from an online application form, maybe you should try a little harder yourself, it will not actually bhelp you in the interview, if it is for a project, the answers will be available on a number of websites.

It is important to uphold and protect the rights of employers and employees to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and without discrimination. It also stops people being taken advantage of and ensures a productive relationship. This legislation provides limits within the employee and employer relationship that stops employers treating employees unfairly, but it also has limits and legislation that protects the employer so that the employee is not so well protected that nothing can be done if they are not producing the work they should be producing or they are causing other problems at work. They limit and structure the employee and employer relationship so that it can be productive and advantageous for both sides.
