Blackberry can't connect to Wi Fi

I have a Blackberry curve 8520. Im trying to connect to my WiFi but can't! It's definitely a problem with the phone rather than with my WiFi because I've tried and failed to connect in other places too. When I try to go to a website I get a message saying "Unable to connect to the internet, please try again later. If the problem persists please contact your service provider."

When I look on my "WiFi connections", it says its connected, and the name for my wifi is displayed at the top of my screen. I have a payasyougo simcard in the phone and I am able to connect to the internet if I turn my data services on, but it uses all my credit so I have turned data services off. Is this the problem?

ANY help would be greatly appreciated
Thank you

How long have you had the phone? Did you put your existing Sim in it?

You need to ring your provider and ask for a Blackberry data pack. This may not be available if you are pay and go.

Hope this helps
Sorry didn't read all of it. I have a vodaphone PAYG and cannot access
Hi,

I have recently had the same problem and was tearing my hair out over it. After trying for ages and searching everywhere how to do it, I called my service provider and they were able to give me codes to key in to the phone and then it was working :) x
