Error when ripping cd's

I have a windows 7 laptop and am trying to rip cd's to the library, it appeared to be working well, but lately it keeps coming up ripping and then stopped, now its just saying error at every disc I put in, can anyone help?

I'd say that was a laser error on the reader .. or it's not a great reader .. or the discs are not clean enough/scratched.
Try a Pioneer DVR 115D or a Plex. .. something like that.
