hi, 25ac, making contact with circle, but not getting in? (10) i have -A-G-----L was thinking TANGENTIAL but dont know why?

I would say that is correct - a tangent touches the curve but doesn't enter the circle.

it is tangential, and it's just from the definition of the word i.e. just touches the circumference of a circle without crossing it into the interior of the circle
