To prove a point someone advised me to go on a crash diet to see the affects compared to a conventional exercise and diet regime.

I ate nothing for 4 days then as soon as I ate a meal I had immediate diarrhea.I tried this again the next week and again as soon as I ate something the same.

What is the reason for this?
