A:has she got a clientele who can generate enuf income to pay salon costs?
B:Is the rent/council tax/outgoings feasible
c: is there someone ready for the RAC, to help with costs and do they have their own clients to bring in.
d:Forget employing juniors till you have to (IR will send you info); have a reliable part-timer for now.

If she ticks the above, she's on her way and I wish her lots of luck.
