I have noticed that my electric shower is dripping from underneath the box when it is on; the drips are cold water. so it's not water coming from the shower head dripping down the unit. Does anyone know what the problem might be and how I can cure it?

Thanks!!

How old is the shower ? Is is used regularly ? It may be the seals inside the unit or the supply pipe from the water main.

Shower is about 3 years old and is only used by me, so once a day for about 10 mins.

I agree with billynomates probably the union nut on the supply feeding the shower needs re-tightening undo and and use plumbers tape on the thread before doing-up.

dont forget too turn off the water feed @electric.
