I think they are waiting to see what extra lies they can think up while pretending it is a historical drama.

I agree with VHG. You don't have to be an historical geek to spot the glaring inaccuracies, such as Cardinal Wolsey cutting his own throat. I'm surprised David Suchet ever agreed to take part in such tosh.
