blimey im impressed with talktalk never thought i would say that!!

been having trouble with my broadband (kept dropping broadband) all the time,anyway engineer turned up an hour early within 10 mins found no fault with the line decided on a new router which he fitted set it all up for me and now have faster speeds altogether!!
what a nice chap he was from nigeria and could not have been more helpful im impressed well done talktalk!!
(until it goes again lol )

Glad you got it sorted out Bernie. Just wish I could get BT to sort mine out. Mine keeps losing the wireless connection but they say there isn't a problem. Didn't have any problems with AOl so wish I hadn't changed.

hi jan i was told all sorts of things on the phone by talktalk , so in the end got an engineer to come out,came today got a new router out of it and at no cost too!!
seems to be ok at the moment fingers crossed

will own up steve,when he turned up i thought this will be a laugh but he knew what he was doing and i cant knock him good for a good job all round tested everything! and free router to boot!!
