Hi,

I watched Jamie deep season and deep fry 2 pigeons before draining and cutting them into quarters to serve with a dip. I know what the dip consists of (orange juice, zest, lime juice, oyster sauce, honey & sesame oil) but does anyone know what he seasoned the birds with? It looked red and slightly dusty.

I could have been paprika jeannette. Personally I couldn't eat pigeons I always think of the ones on the top of our local buildings and that puts me off.
