Remove NetPulse add on

I have stupidly downloaded the add on "NetPulse" and now want to get rid of it as it is a nuisance. I have searched for it in the "Add/Remove" but it is not listed. Any suggestions, please?

I've found a post, on another site, stating that NetPulse appears as "computer input software" on the Add/Remove list. Can you see it, listed that way, on your computer?

Thanks Chris for your suggestion, but there is nothing entitled "computer input software." It's driving me mad and by the sound of it, other people too.

OK, second try!

One of the easiest ways to remove recently installed software is to run System Restore, choosing the most recent date prior to when the installation took place.

You are trying very hard Chris! Running "System Restore" is a bit beyond me but my whiz kid daughter is calling tomorrow and I'm sure she will be able to do it.

Finally found the add on under the name of Computer input software, as you said Chris, but in Mozilla Firefox and is now deleted! Thanks for your help!
