DOES ANYONE HAVE AN EASY RECIPE I COULD FOLLOW TO MAKE A COFFEE GATEAU. IF I WANT TO MAKE A LARGE ONE, DO I JUST DOUBLE THE INGREDIENTS AND BAKE. ALSO WHAT IS THE BEST CREAM ICING TO USE ON IT.MANY THANKS.

Hi, well when I make a large cake 10 inch round tin(I use two 10 inch cake tins ) than use 1lbs 2oz of everything but 2 ozs extra flour. Then use Camp Liquid coffee. to taste or coffee granules mixed with a little hot water ,then cool down. When the cakes are completely cold fill with buttercream and coffee as before for cake.
