Problem with 'freeze-up' when clicking links in emails

Hi, all, I've been experiencing the same freeze-up problems that 'Tefler' reported below. Clicking on links in emails ( using OE with IE ) and the screen freezes. Only way to clear it is to do a restart then it might or might not happen again. Doesn't seem to happen using Firefox but is slow to moveto 'linked' page. Had trouble with SysFader.exe playing up ( not closing)but that seems to have cleared. Any ideas out there ? TIA

slightly different to your problem but my screen freezing was caused by a Java Add on.
Check your Add ons from the tools drop down menu
