Does anyone know who said that as a kind of catchphrase on a quiz show I think. I know the phrase is a general Northern thing, but I can't remember the show or the presenter... help!

Lard used it alot when Mark & Lard was on the graveyard shift on radio 1, don't know anybody used it before him.
Lard still uses it on the Mark Radcliffe radio 1 show.

Hmm I'm still not sure... I know Lard says it, but I think it was on some crappy gameshow too... it could have been a kids one, else some Saturday night rubbish... cheers for your help tho...
I have no contribution to make except to say Mark and Lard, Knights of the realm, BBC Radio 1 does not deserve them. p.s put em on some time when Im not at work.....
Bez from the Happy Mondays used it on something, was it something with Chris Evans, it invloved Bez showing us how to do things around the house or summat.
Bez used to say it on the TV program "The Sunday Show"
