Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Has Krophta (Crofter) done the unthinkable and got the answers for nos 77 and 79 the wrong way around, or more likely, do I need to look for an alternative answer for 79?

Sorry to anybody not doing the quiz but I can't explain any more as I don't want to spoil the quiz for others.

Hi Magyar ... you're more or less right with your assumption.

However, in Crofters defence the guidelines say: "There is some significance in the order of the clues", but doesn't specify that they're in strict alphabetical order ;O)

Thanks smouse and sarumite. I take your point about the 'significance in the order of the clues', maybe that's why I'm still one and a half answers short. The half is because I think I know what the P answer should be, but can't quite fathom out why from the clue. Still, there's plenty of time to go before the closing date.
