Good Morning,

Up until recently our BTvision has been working fine, but all of a sudden i am getting no pictures on the screen. I can see and access the TV guide set up etc and see what is available for on demand etc, but the programmes are not visible on screen.
It may be a silly question, but as its an old TV, would this have anything to do with the digital switchover happening recently??

Everything from BT comes down Telephone line so check that the TV itself is OK by switching to your Aerial system which will show Analogue Channels if you still have them or Digital Freeview via Digi Box. Maybe your old TV has packed in but check it out first...
BT vision uses freeview for the standard TV (the on demand stuff comes down the phone line) so try retuning the box, "

you can start the retuning process by pressing the ‘BT Vision’ button, going to Settings, selecting TV Settings then Add Channels to TV Guide then finally Scan for Channels."
