Does anyone have a recipe for One-pot pasta cooked in a microwave? The original was featured on the cover of one edition of a part work on microwave cooking. The recipe included mushrooms, tomatoes, broccolli, tagliatelle and cream, But how much water?

Thanks I'll give a try. I was hoping someone had the original. i know ingredients were added in stages according to time needed to cook with cream in at the end. We'll see how I get on.

Thanks Eddie. Tried your method. Sauteed broccolli, mushrooms and toms in garlic butter then added cooked pasta, seasoning and cream. Tasted Okay but sauce not thick enough so added a little cheese. Would still like to find original if anybody can help.
If you know the name of the publication it would be worth getting in touch with them direct.
