Does anyone know why the dosage instructions for these now say "take at bedtime only"? I'm sure they never used to stipulate bedtime.

In case of accidents? At bedtime you'd likely be fairly close to a toilet.

On the other hand, an accident might be more likely because you don't wake up fast enough!
True. Very true.
A high fibre diet would probably be better anyway.

Agreed - I've only ever taken this stuff twice, both times after abdominal surgery - you get prescribed opioid painkillers, which cause constipation - the last thing you need with an incision in you belly!
Not to be taken with sleeping pills.
Most take 8-10 hours to work.....hence ...take them at night........they will work in the morning.
